ABOUT
Mr. 2 is shown in the Alabasta Arc series of Eiichiro Oda's manga (and now a television show) "One Piece."
I'm sure you're asking What kind of name is Mr.2?
well it isn't his name. His name is Bon-Clay*
Mr.2 is a code name used by an evil orginazation. *read the manga for more info*
In the orginiazation they give a number to strong members
starring from 0, the person is the strongest all the way to 13.
And being 2, Bon-Clay is obviously strong.
and through working there, every agent *which are male* has a female assistant except for Mr.2, since well, he's Okama*
And in case you are wondering, Yes, he is a ballerina and well, loves swans since his ship is based on one

POWER
Having to be strong Mr.2 was most likely aided by the Devil fruit* (Akuma no Mi)
The fruit he ate was know as the Mane Mane* fruit (prounced Man-eay) The Mane mane fruit has the ability to copy the person off with your right hand. and with your left hand...[link] You're back to normal!
*Note: he also can fight with his ballerina-ish abilitys

APPEARANCES
In the Manga, Mr.2 appears in chapter 154: "To Arabasta"
And in the Anime he appears on episode 91: "Farewell to Drum Island! I'm going out to sea"
But mostly 92..
He also makes appearances on other episodes but you have to watch and see

Okama= it means Homosexual
Devil fruit= Special fruits that give you powers but makes you lose the ability to swim
